Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

The short version. These terms cover every game from Sedrino Games, including Nightcase. Play fairly, keep your account to yourself, and don't copy or resell our games. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. If something goes wrong, write to support@sedrinogames.com.

1. Who we are

Sedrino Games is a trade name of Sedrino Labs, Inc., with its address at 1205 East Washington St, Suite 111, Louisville, KY 40206 ("Sedrino Games", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and us and apply to every game, website and service we offer under the Sedrino Games name, including Nightcase at playnightcase.com and nightcase.games (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Subscriptions & Refunds policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

Our games are made for a general audience of teenagers and adults and are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Some of our games deal with mature themes such as crime and death; each game describes its own content.

3. Your account

Some features need an account. You can sign in with an email address or with a third-party sign-in such as Google; our account provider, Clerk, handles sign-in for us. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@sedrinogames.com if you think someone else has used it. One account is for one person; please don't share, sell or transfer it.

4. Free play, subscriptions and payment

Some content is free. For example, the opening of every Nightcase case can be played without paying. Other content requires a paid subscription. Prices, what each plan includes, and the billing period are shown before you buy. Current Nightcase plans are Monthly (US$4.99 per month) and Annual (US$29.99 per year), each unlocking every case; prices may differ by region and may include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Full details, including how to cancel and our refund policy, are in Subscriptions & Refunds, which forms part of these Terms.

We may change prices or plans. If we change the price of a subscription you already have, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

5. Your license to play

Our games, including their stories, characters, artwork, voice recordings, music and software, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may share short screenshots or clips for commentary, reviews or sharing with friends, as long as you don't present our work as your own or spoil it for others in a way that misleads them about its source.

6. Things you agree not to do

7. Multiplayer and things you send us

Some games, such as our co-op games, let you play with other people over the network. Be decent to the people you play with. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything, and you keep any rights you have in your own material.

8. Changes to the Services

Games are living things. We may add, change or remove content and features, and we may stop offering a game. If we permanently stop offering a game you have a paid subscription for in a way that removes most of what you paid for, we will tell you and offer a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your current billing period.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where we must do so by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to make the Services enjoyable and reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some games need particular browser features (for example WebGPU) and may not run on every device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sedrino Labs, Inc. and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these limits don't affect consumer rights you have under the laws of where you live.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Services in breach of these Terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent allowed by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@sedrinogames.com so we can try to resolve it informally; most problems are solved that way. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or to rely on local consumer law, nothing here takes that away.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is material we'll give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice in the game, before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right immediately, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
